1. Let us know about it by giving us a call, texting us or sending us an e-mail.
2. Making sure the item unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging.
3. dropping it off at our store or sending it back using your local mail provider to the following address. please keep in mind that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend using a tracking number for your peace of mind. shine brand is not liable for any lost incoming packages.
a full refund will be given if the return was within 7 days of receiving your order.
anytime after that (and within 14 days only) you’ll get a store credit.
